Fellowship Experience at Ecology Action
Fellows will be part of a dynamic team of non-profit and public agency partners, who are working towards a common goal of reducing carbon emissions and creating a more just and resilient Central Coast. This is an exciting and creative opportunity for a Fellow to shape and grow this new regional program. Fellows will gain hands-on community outreach and education skills. They will learn about local policies and programs, relating to climate action, resilience, and environmental justice. Fellows will also receive professional development mentorship, coaching, and unique networking opportunities with local climate leaders. As a support to the first ever California College Corps program, they will also be able to participate in cohort professional development on equitable climate outreach with 150 College Corps Fellows working together on the project.
